Meet our management team in more detail:

Ingrid Quevedo

Ingrid Quevedo is our Business Development Director, with 17 years’ experience in business management, innovation and development. She has a thorough understanding of business visioning, establishment, consolidation and expansion. Ingrid continues to develop her talents for logistics, event management, team building, sales, and marketing by gaining valuable experience in many urban and regional business contexts.

A pioneer of new learning and business technologies, she understands the challenges business owners face when incorporating changes into their companies. Creativity, lateral thinking and attention to detail — as well as focus and clarity — are just some of the qualities Ingrid contributes to her clients. Through her expertise in business management and performance, Ingrid brings an insightful perspective to business development. She understands human team dynamics and the importance of interacting with vision, systems and practical application in today’s business culture. Ingrid loves to read and travel, and she is an amateur writer in her free time.

She adores nature and is happiest when surrounded by dogs as a volunteer with animal rescue organizations. She dreams of building a shelter to help stray dogs find love and happy homes, as well as publishing her first book. Lastly, Ingrid likes to be surprised and surprise others. “The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Laura Rojas

As someone who’s worked several years in technology, Laura Rojas is a facilitator who makes people’s wishes comes true. She’s worn many hats in her career, having held positions as a programmer, business analyst, IT support, business and sales, tester, quality assurance lead, project leader, and volunteer for whatever is needed. In these roles, she’s gathered and documented business requirements for technical tasks and projects, evaluated business challenges, and recommended solutions.

She’s been involved with projects in areas such as government, healthcare, transportation, customs, financial, warehouse, and e-commerce, while serving clients in the United States, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica. Laura’s focus is to show people how to achieve results they previously thought were unattainable.

When not working, Laura is usually reading a book, spending time with family or enjoying activities in some sort of green space. She’s passionate about green thinking and is always up for switching out her high heels for rubber boots. Laura volunteers at a non-profit organization dedicated to providing materials, food, clothes, and assistance to Costa Rica’s indigenous people.
